Booking a Bird Tour

Once you have had a look at the website and decided on your preferred tour, please contact us using the form below to discuss your requirements. We will email you to confirm availability and can then reserve you a place on the bird watching tour of your choice.

We are often able to accommodate a late booking if there are places left or a cancellation, so it is always worth contacting us to ask. However, it is generally advisable to book early as we do get busy, especially during peak seasons.

Payment

The deposit payable on booking is typically around 20% of the total tour cost. We will confirm the exact deposit along with your tour quotation. For our regular scheduled group day tours, the deposit is £15 per person. The balance of the tour cost is then payable at least 14 days before the tour starts. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque – please let us know which you prefer, and we can send you details as appropriate.

Confirming your Booking

After we have finalised the details of your tour booking, we will then get you to complete the booking form and send it to us along with the appropriate deposit. On receipt of the booking form and deposit we will contact you by email with confirmation of your booking. You can see our full terms & conditions here.

We will contact you again shortly before the tour to confirm the final details for the tour, including the meeting place and time.
